By accessing or using Secuvia ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Secuvia. These terms apply to all users, including free, Pro, and Team plan subscribers.

Secuvia is an automated phishing detection platform that: • Monitors connected email inboxes (Gmail, Outlook, IMAP) • Analyzes incoming emails using AI and threat intelligence • Classifies emails as clean, suspicious, likely phishing, or confirmed phishing • Applies labels/categories to analyzed emails • Provides real-time notifications and reporting The Service is provided "as is" and does not guarantee 100% detection of phishing threats.

To use the Service, you must: • Provide accurate registration information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent • Not share your account with unauthorized users You are responsible for all activity under your account.

By connecting your email account, you authorize Secuvia to: • Access email headers, metadata, and content for analysis • Apply labels or categories to analyzed emails • Store analysis results and threat intelligence data We process email data solely for phishing detection purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

Free Plan: Limited features with usage caps (1 Gmail connection, 100 analyses/month). Pro Plan ($3.99/month): Enhanced features including multiple connections, PDF reports, email digests, and priority CTI lookups. Team Plan ($6.99/month): Full features including team management, RBAC, API access, compliance tools, and IMAP support. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the Billing page. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

You agree NOT to: • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the AI detection models • Exceed your plan's usage limits through automated means • Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure • Share API keys or credentials with unauthorized parties • Use the Service to facilitate phishing or other cyber attacks

API access is available on the Team plan. API usage is subject to: • Rate limits (configurable per plan) • API key management and security requirements • Compliance with these Terms of Service We reserve the right to revoke API access for violations.

Secuvia provides automated phishing detection as a supplementary security tool. We do NOT guarantee: • Detection of all phishing or malicious emails • Prevention of data breaches or security incidents • Accuracy of AI-generated verdicts in all cases To the maximum extent permitted by law, Secuvia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance, infrastructure issues, or third-party API outages may temporarily affect the Service. Check our Status page for real-time system health.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Compliance settings. Upon termination: • Active subscriptions will be cancelled • Your data will be deleted per our retention policy • Connected email accounts will be disconnected

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
